Welcome to KOP Auto Inc. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KOP Auto Inc.’s website and our internal Advance Dealer Management System (ADMS) SMS text messaging program.
By accessing this website and utilizing our internal SMS notification system, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use KOP Auto Inc.’s services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. SMS Messaging Program Description
KOP Auto Inc. operates an internal SMS text messaging program strictly for our authorized employees utilizing the Advance Dealer Management System (ADMS). This program sends Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) passcodes for secure system login and internal operational alerts (such as vehicle reconditioning updates and lot audit reminders). This is a closed, proprietary system and is not intended for consumer marketing.
2. SMS Consent and Opt-In
End-users (our employees) consent to receive these internal alerts by providing their contact phone numbers to Human Resources during the official HR onboarding process and agreeing to our internal employee handbook.

Message frequency varies depending on your daily system usage and operational events.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your personal mobile carrier plan. KOP Auto Inc. is not responsible for any mobile charges incurred by receiving these alerts.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. If you wish to rejoin, you can reply START or contact Human Resources.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting your manager or our IT/HR department at (626) 542-3861.
6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS service is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The ADMS system and its associated SMS alerts are provided by KOP Auto Inc. on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KOP Auto Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the SMS service or the information included.
Under no circumstances shall KOP Auto Inc., its directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost data, missed alerts, network failures, or mobile carrier charges) arising from the use of, or inability to use, our SMS notification system.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We will never share, rent, or sell your mobile number or personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
